April 2021 Employee Spotlight

Michael Wilkerson does construction maintenance at Tosh Farms. He has been helping build the new feed mill, and doing some welding.

He has been working for Tosh Farms for a little over 11 years and says that it has all been a good experience. He started with the grain elevator crew, and then in 2019 he transferred to the construction maintenance position.

He has been married to Lena Wilkerson for 9 years, and together they have 3 children; Lilly Wilkerson, Lizzy Mayberry, and Aiden Mayberry. Michael enjoys hunting and fishing in his spare time.

Michael is an excellent example of one of our main core values: TRANSPARENCY. He is very straight forward and to the point. He is honest, and strong in who HE is, and we are very grateful that he has been an employee for so long. We hope he continues the growing journey with Tosh Farms!
