Tosh Farms wants to introduce you to one of our family members, Crystal Koch. She has been with Tosh Farms for 8 years in the feed mill administrative department. Her main responsibility is feed ordering. It is Crystal’s job to coordinate with barn managers about food requirements and levels. She takes those levels, enters all feed orders, and works with the transportation department to make sure the barns have an adequate food supply for their pigs. Tosh Farms delivers 4,000 tons of food to its barns per week and Crystal is an intricate part of a team that makes sure this gets done.

She has been married for 16 years to Dusten Koch. They have 2 beautiful girls: Katelyn 13 and Brook 9. Crystal’s proudest accomplishments are her devotion to God, her husband, and her girls. Family is the most important part of her life. When she’s not at work she spends her time going to church, horseback riding, and gardening and canning. When the weather is great, you’ll find her with her family sitting in front of a camp fire. On rainy days, they’ll be inside playing board games and cards. Even though pigs are our thing, we aren’t going to hold it against Crystal that she’s starting up a goat farm. Goats are a great way to keep the grass down and fun to watch. We look forward to the stories to come from this adventure.

Crystal, thanks for all you do at Tosh Farms and for being a part of our family.
