Department Spotlight: Human Resources

Every story starts with its people — and at Tosh Farms, that’s where Human Resources comes in.
What began as a one-person department years ago has grown into a powerhouse of four, supporting nearly 600 employees across barns, fields, trucks, and offices.
Our HR team has grown right alongside the farm itself, adapting, innovating, and always putting people first.

At the helm is Dianna Rosa, our HR Manager (and proud Manager of Chaos Coordination), keeping everything — and everyone — on track.
She’s joined by Melissa, our payroll and audit pro who ensures every detail adds up; Sophia, the systems and onboarding expert who helps new team members feel right at home; and Maggie, the recruitment and benefits guru connecting great people to great opportunities.

Together, we’re more than a department — we’re the backbone of farm success. From hiring skilled animal care professionals and truck drivers to supporting electricians, accountants, and maintenance crews, HR helps every part of the operation run smoothly.

Our mission is simple: take care of our people, so they can take care of everything else.
