Francisco Martinez

April’s employee spotlight is Francisco Martinez! He is a Shop Foreman at our concrete plant. He helps his manager, Rick Noble, oversee production of all of the concrete slabs for the barns. He has worked at Tosh Farms for 5 years now. Him and his wife, Juana Martinez, have 3 beautiful children together. While he isn’t spending time with his family, or at work, he enjoys working on trucks. Francisco said that his experience at Tosh has been good, and that he plans to stay as long as he can. He represents Tosh Farms and our core values so well with his transparency. Francisco is very upfront and too the point. He has excellent communication that helps the fluidity of concrete production.Thank you for all you do Francisco! We are so lucky to have you.
