Tom Hilton
Tom started with Tosh Farms as CFO on June 2, 2014, after 17 years with a JD Byrider and Midas Muffler franchisee in Indianapolis, IN. He was CFO/COO of this enterprise with 18 retail locations and over 200 employees. Previously, Tom was controller for several family-owned businesses and held department manager and financial analyst positions at Eli Lilly & Company and AT&T. He earned his undergraduate degree in Public Policy Studies from Duke University in 1986 and his MBA in Finance and Marketing from Indiana University in 1993. Tom says –

Tom and his wife, Janet, have three daughters. His hobbies include mountain biking, yard work, fishing, and of course, creating Excel spreadsheets.
