Meet Derek Allen, part of our Construction Maintenance team here at Tosh Farms!
Derek has been an essential part of keeping our operation running strong as a crane operator and maintenance pro—installing, repairing, and tackling any challenge that comes his way.
When he’s not hard at work with his close-knit crew, Derek enjoys riding SXS’s and unwinding with some good video games.
One of his proudest milestones? Buying his first home—a huge accomplishment we couldn’t be more excited to celebrate with him!
Looking ahead, Derek is diving into the big task of removing and replacing the feedmill bin pack, continuing to grow his skills and tackle new challenges.
