Employee Appreciation
Examples of some activities include…onsite food trucks, employee luncheons, food giveaways, and apparel giveaways.

Full-time employees receive (1) week of personal time at 6 months. At year, you get another week. At 2 years, you get (2) weeks. At 3 years, you get (3) weeks, and it will be (3) weeks every year thereafter. 

Paid holidays for full-time employees include New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. In the event you work a holiday, hourly employees will be compensated for the holiday hours plus hours worked. Salary employees will receive a comp day to use within 60 days of the holiday. 

Full-time employees are eligible for bereavement leave after 90 days of employment. 

Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance
Full-time employees are eligible for low-cost share on medical, dental, and vision insurance through BCBS of TN, on the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment.

Tosh Farms matches half, up to 8%, of what you put into your 401k. Full-time mployees may begin participating in the 401k program on the 1st of the month following 60 days. You are fully vested after 3 years of employment.

Life Insurance and Short Term  Disability
Full-time employees receive $20,000 in company-paid life insurance, and company-paid short-term disability after 1 year of employment. 

Scholarships are provided for all dependent children of full-time employees, up to the age of 26.
Student Loan Assistance – we pay your student loans for you after 6 months of full-time employment.
Tuition Reimbursement for full-time employees. 

Parental Leave
After one year of full-time employment, you are eligible for paid parental leave based off of years of service.
