
Ben Boyd
Ben is the Feed Mill Manager for Tosh Pork and also oversees our by-product facility. Our feed mill uses over 3.5 million bushels of corn each year that is grown by Tosh Farms and local farmers along with other ingredients from over 150 suppliers to produce the approximately 8,300 tons of feed that our pigs consume each week. It is Ben’s job, along with his 70 employees to oversee that this process is achieved. As pigs grow, their dietary needs change, so Ben works with our nutritionist to make sure their diets are formulated for optimal growth and health at every life stage. He began working at Tosh Farms in March of 2025. Previously, he worked in the aluminum industry for 15 years as a supervisor and department manager.
Ben and his wife, Lydia, have three children. They live in Mckenzie, he enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, and competitive shooting.
